Your Future Challenge
We are in an intensive phase with many parallel projects, which means a fast-paced environment and exciting technical challenges. To meet the demand, we are now strengthening our electronics development department with an additional designer. Depending on your background, we can tailor the role to suit your preferences and career development goals.
About the Role
As an electronics designer, you will work within the Vetronics section, specifically in the Hardware department, which includes groups focused on electronics, electrical systems, electromechanics, and hardware management. You will become an integral part of the team that develops, maintains, and documents the electronics for the next generation of combat vehicles—from concept to when the vehicle is delivered to the customer.
You will work across the entire product lifecycle, including:
- PCB development from prototype to field deployment
- Development of future embedded systems in vehicle environments
- System design including safety-critical functions
- Analog and digital design
- Testing and commissioning
You will collaborate closely with software, system, and mechanical designers and have numerous points of contact within the company as well as with suppliers.
We work with modern development tools such as Altium Designer, Azure DevOps, Libero SoC, and SimuLink.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who has:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, software, automation, or another relevant field
- Several years of experience in similar roles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- The ability to adapt to changes and contribute creative problem-solving
- A positive outlook and a genuine interest in technology
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in leadership roles
- Experience from the defense, automotive, or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of military standards and requirements
