As an electrician, you will be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. You will ensure that production equipment operates safely and efficiently, comply with safety regulations, and work according to established routines to support the facility's operational goals.
Your Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and components.
• Ensure safe working conditions by following applicable safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct inspections of machines, switchgear, motors, wiring, and control systems.
• Interpret drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform testing and verification of control and power circuits.
• Participate in improvement work to increase reliability and efficiency in production.
Qualifications
• High school education in electrical engineering or equivalent competence.
• Experience working as an electrician, preferably in industrial or other technologically advanced environments.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, maintenance work, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work according to safety standards and instructions.
• Basic knowledge of control systems and automation solutions is meritorious.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including heights and confined spaces.
• Good English skills, both verbal and written. Swedish is meritorious.

Working in Boden
Our facility in Boden is located in the midst of a growing green industrial area in northern Sweden. Here we are building one of the world's most modern and sustainable steel plants. With just a ten-minute commute from the center, cutting-edge technology is combined with proximity to everyday conveniences.

About Stegra
