The Role
During your workdays, you will engage in a variety of tasks including service, installations, and troubleshooting maintenance of electrical systems within properties. You will assess any situation that arises, report any discrepancies with suggestions for improvements and actions, and carry out the work.
You will participate in some smaller projects related to electrical installations, which also include work related to quotations. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance and management of electrical systems included in our service agreements.
To successfully tackle these tasks, your problem-solving skills are essential. You will become part of a cheerful team of specialists and will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with other technical areas, such as ventilation, heating, and energy. As a group, we believe in close collaboration, so we support each other, and you will assist our Property and Operations Technicians as needed.
We believe that you have a few years of experience as a service electrician and possess electrical qualifications (certified or higher). You are proactive, skilled at building good relationships, and quality-conscious. You are responsible and enjoy a combination of independent work and teamwork.
The role is mobile and involves everything from basic installations such as wall outlets, switches, and light fixtures to the installation of fan motors, dampers, control units, and pumps. You have significant responsibility and manage and structure your own work, so you are good at planning your days.
Qualifications
• Certified electrician training
• Electrical qualification at least for low voltage and a valid certificate
• Experience reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting independently
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills and administrative abilities, as all reporting is done digitally via handheld devices
• A valid driver’s license (Category B) is required
Meritorious
• Experience working with property management
• Experience in service and maintenance in other technical areas
• Mechanical experience
