Electrical Manager/Authorized Electrical Installer (Low and High Voltage) at Bilfinger

ABOUT THE POSITION With more than 3,600 dedicated and skilled employees at 70 different locations in the Nordic region, Bilfinger Nordic Region delivers maintenance, engineering, projects, and operational services throughout the lifecycle of industrial facilities. We are now looking for an Electrical Responsible Person who will play a key role in ensuring that our electrical installations and technical solutions meet high quality standards and comply with applicable regulations. You will serve as technical support in projects and maintenance and be responsible for maintaining our self-monitoring program. RESPONSIBILITIES The role also involves collaboration across various functions within engineering, estimating, QA/QC, planning, and training. You will have a flexible work environment based at our office in Stenungsund or Kungälv. You will report to the Business Area Manager for Modification, Installation, and Maintenance. Examples of responsibilities: * Ensure that electrical installations comply with laws, standards, and safety requirements * Support project teams and the organization in technical matters related to electricity and automation * Act as a contact person for authorities on electrical engineering issues * Contribute to documentation, estimation, planning, and technical work * Conduct internal training and competence-enhancing initiatives * Be responsible for the daily management and updating of the self-monitoring program WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Holds authorization AL and AH (low and high voltage) - Has an engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent - Has practical experience as an electrician or electrical installer in the industry - Possesses good knowledge of Swedish electrical standards and workplace safety requirements - Has experience in design and estimation - Can communicate technical issues in an educational manner - Holds a valid driver's license and is able to travel within Sweden It is an advantage if you have: - Several years of experience in the process industry, pulp and paper, or manufacturing industry - ATEX understanding or training - Understanding of the execution role in installation and maintenance work To succeed in this role, you possess the following personal qualities: - Collaborative - Ownership and completion of tasks - Willingness to share knowledge and experiences - Entrepreneurial spirit OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and Bilfinger's request is that all inquiries regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.
