• Have post-secondary education in economics
• Love working with customer contact and problem-solving and want a role broader than a traditional accounting assistant role
• Have had 1-2 jobs in finance after graduation and now want to take your next career step
• Additionally, you are a morning person and likely live in the northern suburbs near a commuter train or are car-enabled. Our client's offices are located in Järfälla (near Barkarby station) with workdays starting at 07:00. Free parking is available if you are driving.
Your work tasks will include:
• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and closing work
• Investigating and resolving internal and external financial matters
• Providing advisory support within financial support for colleagues and customers
• Driving improvement work focused on financial processes
• Ensuring quality by following company routines and processes

We are looking for someone who:
• Can work from our client's premises near Barkarby station from 07:00
• Has experience with customer and supplier ledgers from previous roles
• Speaks both Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing
• Loves working with customer contact and problem-solving
• Has post-secondary education in economics
• Has 1-3 years of relevant work experience
To thrive in the team, we want to emphasize two aspects again: problem-solving and customer contact. To be clear: this is not a call center support role. You will receive all cases through digital channels (email and case management system). However, it is a role with significant customer contact where you work daily on investigating financial issues raised by your customers.
About the Position
This is a consulting assignment with initial employment at OIO. The plan is for this to potentially transition to a permanent position with our client, provided both you and our client are satisfied with the collaboration. While employed at OIO, we offer a fixed monthly salary, paid vacation from day one, and a high wellness contribution.
