Do you want to combine your studies or part-time work with a flexible and independent role in finance? We are currently looking for a meticulous and responsible finance assistant who wants to take a comprehensive approach to the ongoing finances of a smaller company.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role, you will be an important part of a family-owned business that has been operating since 2020, working closely with property owners to match the right tenants with the right spaces. The company currently consists of two people and is in an expansion phase. You will assist with everything from receipt management to payroll and year-end closing work – perfect for someone who wants to grow in the role and take on greater responsibility over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
The role involves independently managing the administrative and financial tasks for our client. You will ensure that all ongoing bookkeeping, receipt and invoice management is handled efficiently and accurately, and you will have the opportunity to develop processes using Fortnox.
* Manage and record receipts
* Handle supplier and customer invoices
* Eventually support in year-end closing and annual reports
* Administrative tasks related to finance
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has begun post-secondary studies in finance, accounting, or similar, with at least 1 year left of studies.
- Has experience with basic bookkeeping – preferably from part-time jobs or internships
- Has basic knowledge of Fortnox (meritorious but not required)
- Is meticulous, responsible, and quick to grasp new tasks
- Is social, flexible, and unpretentious; the most important thing is that you are easy to collaborate with and thrive in an open and straightforward dialogue
- Has good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
