Sweax is currently seeking a Financial Manager who not only enjoys working with numbers but also with people. In this role, you will work closely with both our customers and colleagues, where your contributions will be genuinely felt in everyday operations. This position is based in Norrtälje, where you will be part of a smaller, family-like team that values collaboration, laughter, and short decision-making processes. You will be responsible for managing approximately seven housing cooperatives, providing a personal and varied daily experience. About the Role As a Financial Manager at Sweax, you will have a broad and operational role, acting as both an advisor and support to our customers. You will also play a vital part in the team that drives management forward with quality, engagement, and heart. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy taking responsibility, working independently, but also being part of a close-knit team. You thrive on combining analysis and numbers with communication and dialogue, both internally and externally. Your main responsibilities include: • Financial management and advisory services for your clients • Ongoing financial administration, budgeting, year-end closing, and reporting • Close collaboration with other managers and clients to optimize property finances • Managing and improving internal financial processes within Sweax We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and enjoys having many points of contact. You like to plan, create order, and build long-term relationships – both with clients and colleagues. We would prefer if you: • Have a few years of experience in financial work, preferably in financial management or a similar field • Hold an academic degree in finance or equivalent • Are skilled at creating and nurturing customer relationships • Enjoy working both independently and in a team and can explain financial matters in an easily understandable way • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Hold a valid driver's license (B category) It is an advantage if you have knowledge of board work within housing cooperatives.
