Financially knowledgeable employee with a sense of customer service
We are currently seeking a friendly, easy-going, and financially knowledgeable service coordinator for rental to one of our client companies in Norrtälje.
You will handle incoming phone calls and manage water and sewage issues, with the goal of finding solutions for the customer and ensuring their satisfaction. You should independently prioritize the needs of various cases. Additionally, you will work with incoming supplier invoices and provide administrative support for the client's technicians at other offices in the northern region.
The position starts as soon as possible and lasts until May 31, 2026, with a possible extension until the end of 2026/2027. This is a full-time position.
A degree in business administration is an advantage, or if you have previous experience in financial work, a strong service mindset, a positive attitude, and are generally easy-going and sociable. You will become an important part of a wonderful team of about five people. Furthermore, you should have experience working with IT-supported systems and be skilled at learning new tools.
As a person, you are meticulous, service-oriented, confident, stable, and highly value loyalty. We also appreciate some technical knowledge. Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is required. You should have a B driver's license and a car, as you may occasionally need to travel to other offices.
