About this role

Our client is a leading player in IT infrastructure, and on their behalf, we are now seeking a finance coordinator for a consulting assignment lasting at least one year. We are looking for someone with previous experience in administration, a good understanding of finance, and a strong ability to work in a structured and service-oriented manner. ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is one of the leading IT companies in the Nordics, working to shape the digital solutions of the future. They collaborate closely with both the private and public sectors, offering everything from advanced infrastructure and cloud services to smart workplace solutions. Due to a parental leave, our client is currently looking for a consultant to cover for at least one year. Therefore, we are seeking someone who can start the assignment in January and work for a minimum of one year. The office is located in Kista, where you are expected to work on-site for the majority of the time. It is also worth mentioning that our client will be relocating from Kista to Solna in April. In the role of finance coordinator, you will focus on deliveries, installations, and customer contact while also developing your skills in finance and accounting. The team currently consists of nine members located in Stockholm, Malmö, Växjö, and Eskilstuna. YOU WILL BE OFFERED - A unique opportunity for personal and professional development in a company that actively supports career paths and further education - A warm and welcoming team focused on collaboration and shared success - Broadened expertise in finance and coordination RESPONSIBILITIES As a coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth deliveries and installations, managing customer contacts, and contributing to financial and administrative tasks. You will work with both internal and external parties to drive the work forward and ensure high quality at all levels. Examples of responsibilities include: * Managing contracts and service orders: Quality review, follow-up, and monitoring incoming contracts, agreements, and service orders with a focus on management. * Ensuring accurate invoicing and performing all tasks related to invoicing with high service and precision. * Handling supplier invoices. * Ordering, booking, reporting, and following up with subcontractors. * Being responsible for the delivery and installation of sold solutions according to agreements and maintaining ongoing customer contact. * Collaborating and liaising with subcontractors, internal consultants, and hardware suppliers. * Invoicing completed assignments. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has experience in an administrative role with significant responsibility and coordination experience - Is accustomed to working based on processes and in various systems, and has a quick learning ability for new ones - Has experience in maintaining customer dialogue - Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and has good knowledge of English It is advantageous if you have - An academic background in finance - Experience from the IT or consulting industry - Knowledge of POBG6, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Navision, or Rillion PERSONAL QUALITIES - You are proactive, organized, and have an easy time planning and prioritizing your work to meet deadlines - You continuously work with feedback, service, and documentation - You remain calm under high workloads and can prioritize the right tasks - You are relationship-building, trustworthy, and enjoy customer contact - You are solution-oriented, take significant responsibility, and can work independently to drive the work forward OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.
