Financial Controller

You will become part of our dedicated controller team and an important partner to both the finance department and various parts of the organization. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and contribute to effective financial management throughout the company. **Your Main Responsibilities:** • Financial reporting on a monthly basis and at tertials, budgeting, forecasting, as well as activation and investment follow-up. • Responsibility for the company's routines and accounting for value-added tax. • Analyze financial data, identify trends, areas for improvement, and risks, and provide insights that strengthen business decision-making. • Work on further developing methods and processes within the finance department and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement to optimize operational management and business benefits. • In close collaboration with the construction unit and its project and investment activities, ensure effective financial management. • Participate in financial evaluations during the acquisition and sale of properties and ensure quality-assured continuous property valuations. • Support the organization in financial matters to increase business acumen and profitability. • Contribute with financial analyses in the company's long-term strategic planning. **Your Background** We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or equivalent experience. You have at least a couple of years of experience as a controller or business controller and strong knowledge of accounting and value-added tax – preferably with a background in the real estate or construction industry. You are analytical, structured, and unpretentious, with the ability to transform complex data into clear insights. You have excellent skills in Excel and preferably experience with business systems such as UNIT4 and tools like Power BI. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
