Two Companies with a Shared Mission
LekebergsBostäder (LeBo) and Lekebergs Kommunfastigheter (LeKo) are Lekeberg municipality's public utility companies tasked with developing and managing housing, schools, preschools, and elderly care facilities. Together, they contribute to a sustainable and attractive Lekeberg where people can live, work, and thrive. The culture is currently characterized by openness and dialogue, where collaboration and participation are central to the work approach.
LeBo encompasses approximately 430 apartments throughout the municipality, and LeKo manages over 43,000 square meters of operational facilities. The organization is small but the mission is large – making collaboration and the shared will to succeed crucial. A Key Role in the Companies' Continued Development
As CFO, you will have a central role in the group's management. You will be responsible for financial management and help drive the development of work methods, systems, and routines. The role is both strategic and operational – you will work closely with operations while contributing structure, analysis, and direction. The role is leading in the finance area but without formal personnel responsibility, with some workplace environment responsibility for the function.
The companies are in a modernization phase where digital tools and efficient processes are becoming increasingly important. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape financial work going forward.

Example Tasks
- Responsible for the group's budget, forecasts, financial statements, and economic follow-up.
- Develop and streamline economic processes, routines, and reporting flows.
- Participate in management group work and provide decision support to CEO and board.
- Work with analysis, key performance indicators, and financial planning for projects and investments.
- Conduct economic analyses related to investments and rental changes, such as renovations or new constructions.
- Ensure correct accounting, VAT, and tax returns.
- Contribute to continued digitalization and development of financial systems.
- Contribute to the development of the companies' sustainability reporting and work with issues related to CSRD.
We Are Seeking Someone Who:
- Has an academic degree in economics or equivalent, and knowledge of real estate economics.
- Has several years of experience in qualified financial work, preferably in the real estate or municipal sector.
- Is comfortable with financial management, accounting, and analysis.
- Has the ability to see the big picture and translate numbers into insight and direction.
- Thrives in an environment where the societal mission is clear and where you operate at the intersection of politics and business acumen.
- Enjoys a role with breadth, responsibility, and close collaboration with colleagues.
