Your main responsibilities
As the Chief Financial Officer at JEAR Industrier, you will have overall responsibility for the group's financial management, accounting, and financial reporting. You will lead and develop the finance function, which currently consists of three employees and reports directly to the group's CEO. The role combines both operational and strategic elements, where you will be responsible for accounting in accordance with the K3 regulations, budgeting and forecasting, as well as analysis and business support.
You will play a central role in the group's continued growth and work closely with the CEO, operational managers, and project leaders. The position also involves contacts with auditors, authorities, banks, and other external parties. You are expected to drive the development of routines, processes, and systems within the financial area.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with strong accounting knowledge and a business-oriented mindset combined with strong analytical skills. You have experience from a leading finance function, such as CFO, Head of Accounting, or Senior Controller, preferably from the manufacturing industry or group operations.
We expect you to have a degree in finance or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in qualified financial work with personnel responsibility. You have good knowledge of accounting according to K3 and are accustomed to budgeting, financial monitoring, and operational analysis. Experience with business systems such as Monitor or Fortnox is an advantage.
