SiS also implements secure care for young people. We operate youth homes and facilities for adults with substance abuse across the country. SiS LVM home Fortunagården accommodates women aged 18 and older with substance abuse issues, and in most cases, also mental health challenges. We have 30 places distributed across three departments. Our facility is located in Värnamo, Småland.
Job Description
As a support staff member in the finance department at Fortunagården, you will be part of a team working with our central kitchen staff. You will be responsible for the cleaning services at the institution, but may also assist in the central kitchen as needed. You will perform cleaning tasks independently according to a cleaning schedule, while also taking the initiative when you see the need for additional efforts to maintain a clean and fresh working environment.
Qualifications
We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. You are service-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible. You also possess good communication skills and collaborate well with your colleagues. You should also have:
- Completed secondary education or equivalent qualifications.
- Proficient Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- A valid driver's license (B category).
The following are advantageous:
- Experience in cleaning services, preferably within institutional and/or hospital environments.
- Experience in cleaning services within SiS institutions.
- If you are a responsible individual who contributes to a positive working environment and collaborative culture.

Employment:
The position is 75%. Start date is January 5 or as agreed upon.
