**About the Position**
This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately and lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

The company was founded in 2000 and is a group consisting of a family of brands, unique in its kind in the Swedish market. The company's Shared Service Center operates based on common processes and systems and administers services for all wholly-owned companies within the group. The company has around 100 employees and is located in modern, attractive premises in Jönköping. The work environment is characterized by a fast pace and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. **Responsibilities**
As a Finance Assistant, you will be part of the finance support team, which consists of seven other colleagues, where both individual responsibility and teamwork are essential qualities to achieve goals and meet deadlines. You will be responsible for handling matters related to accounts receivable and accounts payable on behalf of the group, as well as other finance-related inquiries. This means you will be in daily contact with customers/stores, suppliers, and the headquarters of the various group companies to manage and support these matters. Additionally, a significant part of the work involves managing master data in the SAP business system and working in the support systems ServiceNow and ACE.
Moreover, you will be involved in the administrative handling of matters related to tobacco licenses, as this also falls within the department's responsibilities. Furthermore, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement work in the process. The company is a group in constant development and works consciously and long-term with you to help you develop your skills. Your main tasks will include:
- Managing master data in the SAP business system
- Handling matters related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Ongoing contact with customers/stores, suppliers, and internal colleagues
- Using the support systems ServiceNow and ACE to manage inquiries
- Administering and managing matters related to tobacco licenses
- Participating in the development and streamlining of routines
**Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities**
- Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience in finance
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish, with basic knowledge of English
- Previous experience in customer contact and support work is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
