About this role

Customer-oriented Accounts Assistant with a strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes sought for a consulting assignment. About the position We at SJR are looking for an accounts assistant who is confident in managing the entire accounts process and large invoice flows. The assignment is to start immediately and will last for 5 months. The client is based in Solna and offers hybrid work. In this assignment, you will work with the client's various stores, requiring a high level of service and clear communication. You will also be involved in the daily flow of accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as assisting with the year-end closing. Responsibilities • Payments and follow-up on overdue invoices. • Invoicing • Matching payments against invoices and purchase orders. • Reminder management and follow-up on unpaid invoices. • Registration and coding of supplier invoices • Process and routine improvements throughout the financial flow • Reconciliations and assistance during the year-end closing. In this role, you will liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries and communicate with store personnel about invoices and payments. Suitable background We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance and at least 3 years of experience in the aforementioned tasks. You should be confident in the entire financial flow, from accounts receivable and payable to year-end closing, and have previously worked with large flows. You must be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Personal qualities To thrive with the client, you should be service-oriented, helpful, and pedagogical. Furthermore, you should be self-assured and comfortable in a changing and complex work environment.
