About the Client Company Rundvirke Skog AB is part of Sweden's largest specialized timber group – Rundvirke Industries AB. Rundvirke Skog supplies the group's companies with high-quality raw materials that are processed in production units in Dalarna, Hälsingland, and Jämtland. The group is characterized by a high-quality focus from raw material procurement to sales. Are you interested in working in a broad role with a focus on finance? We are now seeking an accounting assistant for a 12-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension. Your Responsibilities The work involves ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management, including VAT reporting, accruals, and depreciation. You will register invoices, follow the approval workflow, account for expenses, and be responsible for both customer and supplier ledgers. In this role, you will work daily with our financial systems Monitor and Fagus. You will also assist with monthly closing and reconciliations, report bank transactions, and handle payments. You will be part of an administrative department currently consisting of 6 people. The department serves as a support function for other departments within Rundvirke Skog and partially for the Rundvirke Industries group. Your Profile We are seeking someone with good computer skills who can easily learn new systems. Additionally, you should have a high school or post-secondary education in economics. Previous experience in finance is a plus. Your personality is important to us. We are looking for someone who is structured, quick to learn, and provides a high level of service. To succeed in the role, you must be meticulous, responsible, and have strong collaborative skills. You should express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A driver's license and access to a car are required. Additional Information This consulting assignment is a 12-month temporary position located in Bollnäs.
