About Nova Psykiatri
Nova Psykiatri was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and mental health treatment. We strive to offer a modern and patient-centered care experience. We aim to provide the best assessment and treatment in Europe for individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other psychiatric challenges.
Today's psychiatry is characterized by traditional methods and often slow-paced workflows, where technical advancements and patient needs are rarely the focus. Many patients struggle to navigate a complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number. We have chosen to do things differently by placing the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is built on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, utilizing modern technology and innovative work methods to continuously improve and develop our operations.
Our dedicated team is the core of our business, consisting primarily of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova Psykiatri was founded in January 2024 and currently has approximately 30 employees – and we are growing rapidly. We are now seeking driven individuals who want to shape the future of psychiatry alongside us. We place great emphasis on hiring Sweden's most skilled employees while ensuring people enjoy working here more than anywhere else. Nova's vision is to demonstrate how psychiatry can function, both for patients and employees. We believe much can be improved. We are driven by continuously enhancing patient satisfaction, maintaining high quality, and simultaneously increasing efficiency by reducing administration. We believe we can achieve this by having fun together, daring to make mistakes, and striving to be the best at what we do.
