Accounting Assistant for Central Stockholm

About the Position In the role of Finance Assistant, you will work broadly and support the finance department in their daily operations. Your primary tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, payments, ongoing bookkeeping, and account reconciliations. You will also help with invoice management, tracking incoming and outgoing payments, and assist in monthly and annual financial closing. Responsibilities • Manage and follow up on customer and supplier accounts • Ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations • Register and verify supplier invoices • Payment processing and bank transaction reconciliation • Participate in monthly closing and assist with annual closing • Contact customers and suppliers regarding invoice matters • Other financial administration and support to the finance department Qualifications • Experience in similar finance work, preferably as a finance assistant • Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience • Good computer skills and experience with business/financial systems • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English • Structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious Personal Qualities • Service-oriented and solution-focused • Flexible and enjoys working both independently and in teams • Proactive and responsible • Humble and positive More About the Assignment • Scope: Full-time • Start: Immediately • Location: Central Stockholm • Employment Type: 3-6 month consultant assignment with potential extension Andara Group is responsible for the entire recruitment process.
