ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Finance Assistant, you will work in a team that manages both accounts receivable and accounts payable. Your tasks will include handling supplier invoices and reconciling accounts for incoming and outgoing payments. You will also be responsible for customer invoicing through Olink's invoicing system, which is used for both customer and supplier invoices. If necessary, it may also involve following up on unpaid customer invoices to ensure timely payments. If you show initiative, there are exciting opportunities to take on more challenging tasks in the future. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Olink. The assignment will be part-time and is expected to last at least 6 months. To be considered for the role, you should be able to work 1-3 days a week and full-time during holiday periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
* Handling supplier invoices
* Reconciling accounts for incoming and outgoing payments
* Customer invoicing via the invoicing system
* Following up on unpaid customer invoices
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying economics at a post-secondary level and has at least 2 years left in your studies
- Has previous experience working in a service-oriented role
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable with the Office suite
- Is very comfortable with Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as this is required to perform the job
It is advantageous, but not a requirement, if you have
- Worked with finance-related tasks previously
- Experience working in financial systems
You are a self-motivated and communicative person who loves to find solutions. Since you will be working closely with both customers and colleagues, you enjoy social interactions and have a natural sense of service. You work in a structured manner and are always curious to learn new things. And since teamwork is a significant part of the job, your collaboration skills are also top-notch.
