RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks * Review the transaction list weekly for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, HubSpot, and other IT services with associated receipt management. * Customer invoicing on a weekly basis and reconcile this against sales in the CRM system. * Accrual of supplier invoices on a weekly basis. * Work with financial planning and create liquidity forecasts. * Assist colleagues and support other parties. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Is currently pursuing a post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or similar, with at least one year left in your studies or has another main employment of at least 50% - Has practical experience in the role of finance assistant - Is very comfortable with systems, used to working on a Mac, and has experience with Google Spreadsheet - Has excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages will be used daily in the workplace It is advantageous if you have - Experience working with Visma Administration or similar systems. - Post-secondary education in finance. - The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
