ABOUT THE POSITION As a Finance Assistant, you will play a central role in the finance team and support an ongoing integration of an acquisition. Your main responsibilities will include handling invoicing and project accounting, as well as contributing to the optimization of financial processes. Watch the video to learn more about Bilfinger RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities The role involves supporting the finance function with a focus on invoicing and project accounting, particularly during an ongoing acquisition integration. You will be an important part of ensuring smooth financial processes and contributing to the team's success. * Manage invoicing, including documentation management and system entry in SAP. * Work with project accounting and ensure accurate percentage-of-completion accounting. * Support controllers with various reporting components and analyses. * Contribute to the optimization and integration of new financial processes. * Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, including those in Denmark. * Identify and implement improvements in workflows. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has at least a year of experience in financial work, preferably project-related. - Has a good understanding of basic accounting principles. - Is familiar with percentage-of-completion accounting in projects. - Holds a post-secondary education in finance (vocational or university), preferably with a focus on accounting. - Has knowledge of Excel. - Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as required for the job. It is a plus if you have - Basic knowledge of SAP. - A valid driver's license (category B) as some travel may be required.
