We are looking for a meticulous and independent Finance Assistant for one of our clients. In this role, you will primarily work with accounts payable but also handle ongoing administrative tasks that support the department's daily operations.

Your Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a central role in managing the company's financial processes and administrative tasks. You will ensure that project and accounting data is accurate, that financial transactions are handled efficiently, and that reports are reliable and delivered on time. The role also includes supporting the Finance Manager with year-end closing and internal reporting.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage customer and supplier accounts, with a primary focus on accounts payable
• Responsible for project registration and project closure in all programs according to established routines
• Invoicing and payments
• Handle internal billing
• Participate in monthly and year-end closings
• Other administrative tasks related to the finance function
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in finance and administration, preferably within the construction industry. You are a person with a strong character who thrives in an environment where a fast pace and structure go hand in hand.
As a person, you are meticulous, unpretentious, and cooperative. You enjoy taking initiative and work solution-oriented to find effective ways to manage tasks.
Success Factors
• High school education in finance or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in finance work
• Good system proficiency
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
