About the position
As a finance assistant, you will play a key role within the organization, focusing on both financial and payroll administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and professional environment where you can develop in your professional role.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
• Payroll administration and salary disbursement
• Project accounting and reporting
The role also includes assisting the management team, which consists of three managers, with various administrative tasks. Our client works in Visma Net and Visma Lön.
Qualifications and personal attributes
• Education in finance or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Visma Net is a requirement
• Experience in payroll administration is an advantage
• Experience in project accounting is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with financial systems
• Communicative and fluent in both Swedish and English
