Nyehandel Sverige AB Do you want to help build the e-commerce platform of the future? We are looking for a structured and service-minded person who wants to combine finance with customer contact in a broad and developmental role. About Nyehandel We are a fast-growing SaaS company developing a complete e-commerce platform for Swedish companies. Our solution includes everything from the webshop to a smart purchasing engine, the in-house TA system (Nylogistik), picking stations, and much more. We currently have 10 dedicated employees – 6 developers, designers, marketing, sales, and support – and our customer base is growing rapidly. Now we need to strengthen our team with someone who will take responsibility for both finance and first-line customer support. Your Role This is a unique position where you will combine financial tasks with customer contact: Finance (~50-60% of the time): - Bookkeeping and accounting in Fortnox - Invoice subscriptions, consultations, and design services - Manage supplier invoices, payments, and approvals - Payroll preparation and administration - Collect and handle receipts - Monthly reports and financial follow-ups - Ensure timely payment of taxes and fees - Collaborate with our external accounting firm during the annual closing Customer Support & Success (~40-50% of the time): - Assist and support the customer service department - Onboard new customers (administrative tasks) - Address invoice queries from customers - Document common questions and build an FAQ - Escalate complex cases to technical support Your Daily Life: On Mondays, you might invoice subscriptions and assist a customer with login issues. On Tuesdays, you will handle bookkeeping, manage supplier invoices, and guide a new customer through the system. Wednesdays may involve preparing payroll data and responding to customer emails. Each day is different, and that’s what makes the job exciting! We are looking for you who: Must have: - Basic financial expertise (finance education or equivalent experience) - Experience in bookkeeping and Fortnox (or similar systems) - Is service-minded and enjoys customer contact - Is tech-savvy and enjoys learning new systems - Can organize your time and switch between different tasks - Communicates clearly in writing and speech (fluent in Swedish) - Is self-driven and takes responsibility Desirable: - Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech companies - Previously worked in customer support or customer success - Familiarity with subscription management and recurring revenue - Payroll administration experience - You are curious about how SaaS companies operate and want to learn about the business Your Personality: We are looking for someone who is structured yet flexible, enjoys juggling multiple tasks, and finds it exciting when no two days are alike. You are equally comfortable with numbers and people, seeing opportunities rather than problems.
