Finance Assistant / Accounting

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our finance team and contribute to creating structure, order, and security in our financial management. As a finance assistant/accounting officer, you will play a central role in the company's daily operations, with the opportunity to grow alongside the business. About the position In this role, you will be responsible for the company's ongoing financial operations. You will handle bookkeeping, payment flows, reporting, and follow-up. We are looking for an individual who is meticulous, self-driven, and enjoys working both operationally and administratively. Your main responsibilities: • Ongoing bookkeeping of vouchers, customer and supplier invoices. • Invoicing and management of customer and supplier accounts. • Reconciliations, payments, and bank management. • VAT reporting, tax declarations, and reporting to authorities. • Support in budgeting and financial follow-ups. • Preparations for monthly and annual financial statements. • Administrative tasks related to finance and accounting. We are looking for someone who: • Has relevant education in finance/accounting or equivalent work experience. • Has good knowledge of financial software, preferably Fortnox. • Is meticulous, structured, and responsible. • Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team. • Has good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
