What You Will Do
Are you interested in working with finance and administration and becoming part of our organization? As a financial assistant with us, you will support our finance manager and contribute to maintaining order in the financial operations – the foundation for the entire organization to function smoothly.
We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and solution-focused. The role is varied and combines financial and administrative tasks with customer contact.
Work Tasks:
- Invoice management, customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable
- Invoicing and payments
- Contact with customers and suppliers
- Preparing documentation for financial statements and reporting
- Administration such as document registration and archiving
- Other administrative tasks supporting the organization

You have a strong commitment to providing support and creating value in the organization. You are service-oriented and see internal customer service as a matter of course. You are flexible, adaptable, and handle changes with energy and a solution-focused approach. Your analytical ability allows you to quickly identify connections in financial data and reports. You work independently and take responsibility, but also enjoy collaborating and contributing to a strong team.
In the selection process, we place great emphasis on personal characteristics and how well you complement and contribute to team dynamics. We are looking for someone who not only has the right skills but also the right attitude and collaboration ability.
Your Experience
To succeed in the role, you must have qualifications such as:
- 3-year university studies (180 credits) or 2-year vocational higher education with a focus on finance
- Experience working as a financial assistant or similar
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in the Office suite (especially Excel)
- Experience with invoicing and customer contact
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
Additional merit will be experience working in a municipal company or committee. Experience with our systems such as Teams, Visma, Visma Net, Severa, Unit4, Ciceron, and Lime will be considered a significant plus.
