We at Safely AB are growing and are now seeking a meticulous and dedicated part-time Finance Assistant/Administrator. We offer insurance solutions focused on customer security and want to strengthen our team with someone who can support both the finance function and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
• Ongoing bookkeeping and basic reconciliations
• Payroll management
• Invoicing and payment follow-up
• Administrative support to management
• Customer and vendor register management
• Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Experience with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping
• Strong proficiency in Fortnox (required)
• Structured, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish
Work Scope and Approach
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
