Finance Assistant

We are currently seeking a finance assistant who wants to grow with us. We are expanding and looking for a finance assistant for the group. You will become part of the finance team for Swedish Agro Machinery and Norwegian Agro Machinery, located in our central department in Skurup. You will be part of a team of 14 colleagues who work closely together in a friendly and unpretentious culture. The position reports to our CFO for the companies. YOUR ROLE In this role, you will work with both accounts receivable and accounts payable, manage invoices, customer invoices, banking, and incoming/outgoing payments for both Sweden and Norway. You will handle the entire flow within accounts receivable and accounts payable, which includes managing daily financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations. - Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable - Execute file payments as well as manual payments - Handle reminders and claims related to accounts payable - Support in bookkeeping and financial administration - Management/reconciliation of certain items during month-end closings - Contact with internal departments, suppliers, and our customers - Other administrative tasks that support operations, such as staffing the main switchboard YOUR PROFILE To succeed in the role of finance assistant in accounting, we expect you to meet the following criteria: - You have a post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience. - You have good knowledge of Excel - You are experienced in working with systems - You are meticulous and attentive to detail. - You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English. Knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage. - You are structured and have experience organizing and prioritizing your tasks, as well as a keen sense for details. WHAT WILL YOU BE A PART OF?
