Are You Ready to Take on the Financial Responsibility for a High-Paced Group with Strong Drive and Ambitious Goals? Our client is seeking a Financial Manager who is analytical, entrepreneurial, and wants to grow with a media and e-commerce company in hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities. Here, you'll receive high trust from day one and a key role in an exciting growth journey! Location: Stockholm City Timing: When the right candidate is available About the Company 3F Media Group is Sweden's largest media house for hunting, fishing, and outdoor life. With renowned brands like Jaktjournalen, Fiskejournalen, Jaktmarker & Fiskevatten, Allt om Flugfiske, and Jakt är Jakt (Nordic's largest hunting channel on YouTube), the company reaches hundreds of thousands of engaged readers, viewers, and e-commerce customers every month. The company combines editorial expertise with its own production resources and operates two separate e-commerce platforms with in-house inventory, one for hunting and one for fishing. Beyond e-commerce, the business also includes subscription services, single-copy sales, and digital revenue streams. The culture is characterized by commitment, high tempo, and significant personal responsibility. Creators, developers, marketers, business developers, and e-commerce experts work closely together in a flat organization. Despite growth, the entrepreneurial spirit remains, where initiatives are welcomed and successes are celebrated together, like a winning team. Leadership is based on freedom with responsibility, so you'll have the opportunity to grow and take ownership from the first day. About the Role As Financial Manager, you'll be a key person in 3F's continued growth. You'll be the CEO's right-hand in financial matters and play a central role in driving and developing the company's finances. You'll work independently and closely with the business, where your ability to understand why the numbers look the way they do is crucial. You'll have broad responsibility for the group's finances, currently encompassing two companies with different business models. The role is both operational and analytical - you'll handle daily financial work while also analyzing results, identifying patterns, and translating insights into improvements and business decisions. You'll also help build routines, processes, and support systems in a group still in an early stage. Your responsibilities include: • Ongoing bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and payment flows • Monthly and annual financial statements, reporting, and result analysis for the CEO • Managing payroll • Budgeting, forecasts, and key performance indicator tracking • Tax matters, declarations (VAT, employer contributions, etc.) • Coordination with banks, auditors, and authorities • Liquidity planning and cash flow analysis • Efficiency and development of routines and systems • Providing economic support to the organization This is an operational role where you're expected to take comprehensive control of finances from day one while having the ability to lift your gaze and improve work methods and routines. This role is for someone who wants more than just recording numbers - you want to understand them. You're driven by seeing connections, challenging workflows, and contributing to well-founded decisions that strengthen both profitability and growth. For the right person, there's long-term potential to grow into more strategic roles as the company continues to expand. Who Are You? To be considered for the role at 3F Media Group, we're looking for someone who: • Has a relevant university degree in economics and at least five years of qualified financial work experience • Has excellent knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and payroll • Has previously worked in Microsoft Business Central and feels completely comfortable in that ERP environment • Is familiar with Capego (Wolters Kluwer) • Is technically inclined and quick to learn systems • Has excellent Excel skills • Is structured and analytical, with the ability to see both details and the big picture • Wants order and precision, is meticulous, and has full control of numbers • Is self-motivated, initiative-taking, and accustomed to working at a high tempo • Has a solution-oriented and flexible approach • Enjoys working close to the business and collaborating with other functions Experience in e-commerce is a significant plus. The same applies if you have a natural interest in hunting, fishing, or outdoor activities! Why You'll Enjoy the Job: • A company in strong growth with opportunities to influence and develop • Significant mandate and close collaboration with management and CEO • Entrepreneurial culture and a tight, non-pretentious work environment • Market-competitive terms, flexible working
