**About the Position**
As the Financial Manager at Prima Power Nordics AB, you will play a key role in the organization. You will report to the group CFO and have overall responsibility for finance, reporting, and administration within the Nordic company. The position offers an exciting mix of operational work and strategic responsibility in an international context. The company is facing the implementation of a new business system, which also provides an opportunity to be involved in that process.
**Job Description**
The role involves overall responsibility for finance, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial transactions, as well as planning and strategy in collaboration with management. Additionally, you will be responsible for HR-related matters in cooperation with the group’s HR department.
Examples of tasks and responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements for group reporting in accordance with IFRS
* Review of balance sheets and income statements, as well as cost monitoring
* Budgeting and forecasting work, including liquidity planning
* Responsibility for annual reports, tax returns, and other statutory reporting
* Liaison with banks, auditors, customers, and suppliers
* Interpretation and application of HR policies
* Reporting on HR-related issues
* Participation in group HR meetings
**We are looking for someone who:**
* Holds a university degree in finance or equivalent
* Has 5 years of experience in a similar role with full financial responsibility
* Is confident in accounting according to IFRS and has a good understanding of budgeting and forecasting
* Has experience managing HR-related tasks
* Possesses excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
* Is proficient in the Office suite and preferably has experience with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics Navision
To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, meticulous, and structured. You have a strong interest in both numbers and people. Given the breadth of responsibilities and the many parallel tasks to manage, you need good planning skills and the ability to quickly shift focus. We also see a positive and solution-oriented approach as a prerequisite.
