We have nine employees and generate approximately 25 million SEK in revenue. The company develops and manufactures energy-saving LED fixtures, lovingly designed with the installer in focus – featuring lightweight designs and smart functions that simplify installation. In addition to high-quality products, Light By Sweden also offers professional lighting design and project planning with solid lighting technical expertise, ensuring effective solutions that optimize both light and energy use for customers in industry, warehouses, public environments, and other businesses. You will work closely with the business and be an integral part of the management team. This role is suitable for someone who thrives in an environment where you are responsible for the whole picture, from budgeting and group reporting to ongoing accounting and year-end financial statements – where no two days are the same. **Your Responsibilities Include:** - Monthly reporting, annual financial statements, and tax declarations - Ongoing accounting - Budgeting and forecasting - Liquidity monitoring and cash flow analyses - Financial analyses and strategic financial management - Streamlining routines and processes - Compliance with regulations and reporting requirements In short, you are the one who ensures that finances are coherent, while also contributing new perspectives that develop both the business and us as a company. **If We Could Wish** Are you ready for the next step in your career? You want to take overall responsibility, follow developments closely, and feel that your work truly makes a difference. - Relevant education in finance, accounting, or similar fields. - 2-5 years of experience in a role as Finance Manager or similar, with strategic responsibilities. - Good system familiarity, preferably with Fortnox, Capego, Rillion, and Cognos. - Proficient in Swedish, both written and spoken. - Additionally, an interest in our products or experience from a similar industry is a bonus. - Driving license class B. **Is This the Right Place for You?** To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be structured and meticulous with strong analytical abilities.
