About the Role The role encompasses financial responsibility for two companies: the parent company and a smaller subsidiary. As Finance Manager, you will have full responsibility for the company's financial flows, reporting, and structure. You will report to the CEO, work closely with the Deputy CEO, and lead two administrators in daily work (without formal personnel management). The role is central and business-oriented, combining operational accounting with analysis, follow-up, and process development. The company will undergo a system shift in its business and economic environment in 2026, giving you an important role in shaping efficient financial processes going forward. Primary Work Tasks Financial Monitoring and Analysis • Continuously follow up income statement and balance sheet • Deviation analysis on volumes, costs, and revenues • Follow up gross profits and report deviations • Prepare decision-making documents and financial reports for CEO and Deputy CEO Ongoing Financial Management • Continuous bookkeeping and reconciliations • Accounts payable and accounts receivable • Handle payments and liquidity flows • Manage credit limits, customer reminders, and payments • Ensure correct transactions and financial flow in systems Financial Statements and Formalities • Monthly financial statements • Prepare documentation for annual financial statements • Contact with auditor as needed • Ensure accounting is performed according to applicable regulations Systems and Data Work in the company's central business system for: • Card invoicing • Bulk invoicing • Customer advance management • Reconciliation of card transaction flows • Reporting of non-invoiced sales • Inventory receipts and reconciliation against invoices • Participate in transition to new system (CDH) and contribute to improved routines Cooperation and Management • Daily work management of two administrators (work distribution, priorities, support) • Support operations and sales in finance-related issues • Ensure finance and operations follow the same structure and working methods Development and Improvements • Identify areas for improvement in routines and flows • Work with cost efficiencies • Contribute to larger projects related to operations, purchasing, and systems About the Company The company is a thriving and expansive family-owned business with a long history.
