Financial Manager at Aros Industripartner AB – a key role in a growing industrial company.
Do you want to work broadly with finance in a manufacturing company where you will have responsibility, trust, and the opportunity to make an impact? We are now looking for a Financial Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for accounting, reporting, and financial structure in a company with strong future prospects.
Aros Industripartner is part of the Amplex Group, a corporate group focused on industrial development and growth. We develop and manufacture products for the Nordic railway industry, delivering components in our four core areas: aluminum, rubber, plastic, and polyurethane.
About the Role
As the Financial Manager at Aros Industripartner, you will have overall responsibility for the company's ongoing finances – from accounting and reporting to VAT and declarations. You will work closely with the CEO and the site manager, forming the company's internal management team together with them. The role is central to creating order, structure, and financial control in a company that is on an exciting growth journey.
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage annual reports and declarations in collaboration with auditors
- Responsible for VAT, tax, and employer declarations
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, payments, and liquidity planning
- Establish budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the CEO/management team
- Conduct financial analyses, key performance indicator tracking, and reporting to management
- Participate in the development and streamlining of routines, processes, and systems
- Potential personnel responsibility for finance assistants or administrative staff.
About You
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified financial work – preferably in a small to medium-sized company where you have had broad responsibilities and independently managed the entire financial process. You thrive in a role where you combine a holistic view with attention to detail, and where you can be both analytical and operational. You are meticulous, structured, and confident in your skills, while also being unpretentious and eager to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Education:
- Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or similar (e.g., Master of Science in Business and Economics, finance degree, vocational training).
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in qualified accounting work.
- Experience with financial statements, annual reports, and tax management.
- Experience with reporting and budgeting.
- Familiarity with business systems (Monitor ERP, Fortnox, Visma, or similar).
Meritorious:
- Experience from companies with a corporate structure or international accounting (IFRS).
- Monitor ERP G5.
- Inventory management.
We Offer You
An excellent opportunity to make an impact as a Financial Manager in a well-established industrial company with strong future prospects. Aros Industripartner is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amplex Group, a corporate group built on entrepreneurship, independence, and responsibility – values that also permeate our own operations.
With us, you will have a role with significant autonomy, close to both operations and decision-making. You will work in an environment where order, structure, and job satisfaction go hand in hand, and where you can contribute to developing a company that delivers customized products to some of the most demanding industries – including the railway industry.
