Role Responsibilities:
As Financial Manager, you are responsible for the overall financial management of the company. You will handle ongoing accounting, prepare reports and analyses supporting the business, and work closely with management on strategy, budget, and growth issues. The role is comprehensive, requiring both operational drive and strategic vision.
Key Duties Include:
• Managing ongoing bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, and reporting
• Preparing annual financial statements according to K3, K2, and IFRS standards
• Handling tax declarations (VAT, payroll taxes, income tax)
• Working with budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicator tracking
• Performing liquidity analyses and long-term financial projections
• Collaborating with external parties such as auditors, banks, and authorities
• Supporting acquisition processes
• Group accounting and consolidation
• Developing and improving internal routines and processes

Your Profile:

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in economics or accounting
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably from an accounting firm
• Independent in financial statements and annual reports (K3 standard)
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of group accounting and consolidation
• Experience with budget work and financial analysis
• Experience in real estate industry
• Experience with stock listing processes or acquisitions
