The production factory in Sweden has recently moved from Öland to Nybro and is facing an ambitious growth journey. The group is focused on continued expansion where Sweden is expected to drive a significant part of the development. As Financial Manager for the production unit in Nybro, you will have a central and strategically important role.

Work Tasks and Responsibilities
As Financial Manager for the unit, you will have a key role in driving and developing the financial function in a rapidly growing business. You are responsible for the entire flow, from ongoing accounting, monthly and annual financial statements to analysis, forecast work, and project follow-up. You will work closely with the site manager, production, and purchasing with the mission to create structure, efficiency, and routines in a changing business. The role combines operational financial work with business-oriented development and provides you with great opportunities to influence.
Work Tasks:
- Ongoing accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Nybro unit
- Forecasting, budgeting, and follow-up
- Calculation and project calculations (before, during, and after projects)
- Liquidity and cash flow forecasts
- Contact with auditors, authorities, and banks
- Development of processes, routines, and internal control
- Participation in future integration of operations from other countries
Your Profile
You are a structured, analytical, and independent person who enjoys working closely with the business. You are confident in your skills and have the ability to put numbers into a business context. As a person, you are curious, improvement-driven, and communicative, and thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility, influence, and contribute to development. You have a practical and solution-oriented approach and see the value of being present in the business. You can prioritize correctly, do not get stuck in details, and know when it is "good enough" to drive work forward. This is where you thrive if you like combining structure and thoroughness with pace and forward-looking thinking.
The role requires that you have:
- Post-secondary education in economics, e.g., a bachelor's degree in economics or industrial economics. Pure economist.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting (preferably in a broad role with responsibility for financial statements, analysis, and improvement work).
- Independent work with monthly financial statements.
- Experience from manufacturing industry with understanding of production flows and economic relationships (developing key indicators and analyses).
- Experience working in business systems and understanding how financial data interconnects in system flows.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
We consider it meritorious if you have advanced studies in accounting, controlling, or industrial economics, as well as experience with independent responsibility for annual financial statements and reporting. If you have also worked with efficiency and improvement work in finance or have knowledge of the Sage X3 business system, that is a big plus.
