Your Responsibilities
As an Administrative Finance Specialist, you will work broadly with administrative and financial tasks at the production and development facility in Händelö, Norrköping. Together with two colleagues, you will provide administrative support to the business. The role offers great independence with personal responsibility, while actively contributing to close and collaborative teamwork.

Example Tasks:
• Prepare and follow up on purchasing documentation and orders
• Prepare for and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Follow-up and reporting of investments
• Tax and VAT declarations
• Participate in and contribute to identifying and implementing effective administrative projects
• Responsible for preparing and submitting accurate SOX declarations in compliance with customs rules to ensure smooth import and export processes
• General office administration
Your Profile
We are seeking someone with solid administrative experience and background in a similar finance role. Your primary tools will be the SAP business system and Excel, so excellent Excel skills and good system proficiency are required for the position. SAP experience is highly meritorious.
We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who demonstrates significant responsibility, takes initiative, and enjoys collaborating in a changing environment. You communicate clearly and professionally with people at different levels and in various roles, both internally at STMicroelectronics and externally with partners.
You have very good skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
