About the Role
As Financial Administrator, you will be a key person in ensuring accurate financial flows and high service levels for the company's customers. You will function as the link between customer, sales, finance, and other branches, handling ongoing matters and ensuring smooth economic processes. You will address errors such as incorrect invoice marking or missing approvals. The role is broad and varied, focusing on invoice management, financial administration, customer support, and quality assurance.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Control, follow up, and quality assure invoices
• Complete orders and extract invoice documentation
• Match invoices with external suppliers
• Support customers via customer portal, troubleshoot, and explain discrepancies
• Assist colleagues in accounts receivable/payable and provide support during financial closing
• Investigate and resolve internal and external financial matters
• Act as contact person between customer, sales, finance department, and branches
• Contribute to improvement work and efficient financial processes
We Are Seeking Someone Who
• Has post-secondary education in economics
• Has 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or financial role (e.g., business or sales support, financial assistant)
• Has documented customer contact experience and enjoys being the company's external face
• Possesses good system knowledge and preferably Excel skills
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Is unpretentious and service-oriented in approach
You are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Above all, you enjoy creating order, contributing to development, and providing excellent service to both customers and colleagues.

About the Position
This is initially a consultant assignment for at least 6 months, starting by agreement with a notice period. You will be employed by OIO and work for our client in the Malmö region, with the ambition of a long-term continuation provided both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
Location: Malmö
Working Hours: 07:00–16:00
Start: Immediately, maximum 1 month notice period
Salary: Fixed salary
