The assignment runs from December 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. Here you'll have the opportunity to become an important part of a competent and committed finance team where development and collaboration are the focus.
Your Primary Responsibilities
You will have a varied and challenging job with significant responsibility. Your focus will be on accounting, financial statements, and reporting – but you will also be a key person in improving and streamlining routines and working methods within the finance department.
In this role, you will among other things:
• Work with ongoing bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Prepare VAT and tax declarations
• Set up projects and fixed assets and manage depreciation
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and prepare attachments
• Classify and verify invoices
• Be involved in coordinating accounting for the group's companies
• Contribute to developing and improving routines, templates, and tools

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
• Post-secondary education in finance and several years of experience in qualified accounting work
• Good understanding of financial connections, VAT and tax rules, and comfort with financial statements
• Good system skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent Swedish communication skills, both verbal and written
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and structured. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate collaboration and contributing to a positive team spirit. You are service-oriented, curious, and enjoy taking initiative to improve work methods and routines.
