As an Accountant with HR Administration, you will enjoy a stimulating everyday life where you work closely with our CFO and support the entire organization with financial monitoring and HR-related administrative tasks. The role is suitable for you who want to develop in both finance and HR and thrive in a changing and exciting environment. You will have a varied daily routine with ample opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of our working methods.
Your main responsibilities:
Finance
• Ongoing financial reconciliations and year-end closing work.
• Preparation of materials and tasks for the annual report.
• Account analyses and investigations of revenues, costs, and projects.
• Registration of accounting orders and coding of invoices in connection with year-end closing.
• Participate in and drive development work within the Finance/HR department.
HR Administration
• Review of time reports, absence, and support for staff in time stamping.
• Conduct payroll runs.
• Maintenance of records in the payroll system and generation of reports.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks and other duties that support Skebo/SIH's operations as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a person, you are positive and unpretentious, thriving in a daily routine where collaboration and communication are key elements of your work. You have an education in finance and experience or interest in combining it with personnel administrative tasks. You work meticulously and structured, with a well-developed analytical ability, which makes you comfortable both in independent work and in tasks where you collaborate with others.
You enjoy variety and are not afraid of change – on the contrary, you like it when things happen and are eager to find opportunities to make work easier and smarter. Furthermore, you are curious, engaged, and have a desire to further develop in your role, while also taking responsibility and contributing to improvement work in an organization where your ideas are valued.
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance or another equivalent qualification.
• Preferably a few years of work experience in finance/HR.
• Familiar with various financial systems and the Office suite, particularly Excel.
