Location: Solna, Stockholm Start: December 2025 Assignment: Consulting assignment until 2026-05-31 Scope: Full-time About the Assignment In this role, you will initially focus on the invoicing process, becoming a key person in ensuring accurate and efficient accounts receivable flows. You will handle both invoicing, payments, and customer receivables matters, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and structure. Example Tasks: * Manage the entire invoicing process from start to finish * Work with registration and reconciliation of payments * Handle customer inquiries and follow up on payment flows * Collaborate with other finance department members to ensure smooth routines * Contribute to improvement and development of accounts receivable processes Who We're Seeking We are looking for a structured, self-driven, and service-oriented accountant with experience in accounts receivable - preferably from a larger organization with high transaction volumes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and enjoy creating order in the numbers.
