We are looking for an engaged and structured coordinator who wants to make a difference in our operations. With us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our services maintain the highest quality and that our clients receive the best possible care. Ekerö Home Care is the only provider that delivers care and support around the clock, and we are responsible for all emergency alarms in the municipality. As a coordinator, you will: • Receive and manage orders from authorities • Plan and schedule shifts for our staff • Follow up on orders and ensure they are carried out according to decisions • Be responsible for staffing planning and serve as support for employees in their daily work • Perform other administrative tasks included in the position. You will be part of an office team with a unit manager, deputy unit manager, and an administrator. Our office is centrally located in Ekerö Municipality. We always prioritize our clients, which may sometimes involve working at their locations. You will work on a rotating schedule during daytime hours, which includes weekend work every other week. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we see that you have a passion for order and can handle a fast-paced environment during peak times. You easily adapt to changing circumstances and can quickly alter your perspective and approach. You are confident, stable, and self-aware. You view relationships in their proper context and distinguish between the personal and the professional. You take initiative and responsibility based on your role and area of responsibility. The role involves many points of contact, so it is important that you can collaborate and communicate well with others. You should be able to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and you listen and are receptive to others, adapting to the situation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We would also like you to have: • A nursing assistant qualification or equivalent education • Experience working in home care • Experience working with various operational systems and good digital competence • A valid driver's license (required) Start Date: As soon as possible upon agreement. We will begin selection and interviews during the application period. Scope: Full-time Employment Type: Temporary position until August 2026, with the possibility of extension.
