About the job as a self-care advisor at Hjärtat As a self-care advisor at Hjärtat, you will work variably with sales, professional advice, and cashier service within self-care. In this role, you contribute your expertise, engagement, and experience to improve the health of our customers and the success of the pharmacy. The position is full-time or as agreed upon. With us, you have the opportunity to take on the role of sales manager or product manager: About the job as a sales manager at Hjärtat In the role of sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of merchandise and over-the-counter medications at your pharmacy. Together with your pharmacy manager, you will optimize Hjärtat's campaigns and sales activities. The role of sales manager also involves initiating activities and exercises that promote sales, such as competitions and campaign follow-ups. Your task is to coach your colleagues on customer interaction, sales, and advice! About the job as product manager at Hjärtat In the role of product manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that inventory levels are optimal and that inventory management and routines meet established goals. You will ensure that daily inventory handling follows Hjärtat's procedures and maintain an optimal stock level each month. Two of the pharmacists are permanent staff members and two are currently with us through loans – providing us with a wonderful influx of new perspectives and experiences. Together, we create a pleasant working environment and a warm atmosphere that encourages our customers to return. We are located at the entrance of ICA Kvantum Kronoparken and are open Monday to Friday 8 AM - 8 PM, Saturday to Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM. Are you the one we are looking for?
