YOUR DAILY WORK
Awaiting you is a workday where no two days are the same, but where structure and precision are always your best friends. You'll keep track of warranty cases, support both customers and colleagues, and ensure everything flows smoothly from first contact to case closure.
You will, among other things:
• Review and verify incoming warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines
• Prepare and submit warranty cases and support the finance department with payment reconciliations
• Investigate and document rejected cases and clearly communicate next steps
• Contact customers and provide professional, empathetic support when questions or problems arise
• Maintain documentation, follow-up, and reporting
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest smarter ways of working
In short, you are the one who ensures our customers feel seen, heard, and well-cared for even after the sale is complete.
WHO ARE YOU?
We believe you are someone who likes to stay on top of things while being close to laughter. You have experience in warranty administration, complaint handling, or customer service, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
You are meticulous, communicative, and prefer finding solutions rather than getting stuck in problems. You enjoy collaborating with others while taking personal responsibility and getting things done. Experience with Microsoft D365 (or similar systems) is a plus!
Since you will interact with both Swedish and international customers, excellent English skills are required, both spoken and written.
A background in administration, customer service, or equivalent experience? Perfect - you'll have the right foundation to succeed here.
