You will belong to The Finance and Procurement Unit, which is part of a division that supports the County Administrative Board's various activities. Our unit works with procurement and finance for the entire County Administrative Board. Together with your two procurement colleagues, you will work on the authority's procurement process and acquisitions. Along with additional colleagues in finance, you will handle issues related to suppliers and invoicing. Additionally, you will work on e-commerce matters with other authorities through our inter-agency collaboration. This means you will be partially or fully seconded during the year for e-commerce matters to other authorities. Your tasks will be: - To be our key person who independently drives work on digital orders - To reinforce the procurement function and work with purchases in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU) - To work on creating templates and entering agreements for ordering and system management - To maintain contact with suppliers, manage agreements, and work on contract follow-up - To have e-commerce responsibility: follow up, structure, train, and respond to questions about e-commerce and digital orders - To provide advice, train colleagues, and contribute to problem-solving regarding procurement, purchases, and purchasing systems for our operational areas Required qualifications: - You have a vocational college degree in procurement, purchasing, or other relevant post-secondary education in procurement - You have at least one year of experience in e-commerce (e-ordering) - You have experience with Visma Proceedo purchasing and system administration - You have experience with TendSign - You have handled all aspects required for e-ordering and system settings - You have experience from various public authorities regarding purchases and e-commerce - You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing - You can adapt to different organizations and workplaces and have the ability to work digitally and remotely with colleagues from other authorities Meriting: - Experience in applying and competence within LOU - Experience with Office (Word, PowerPoint) - Experience in advisory roles, especially supporting occasional e-commerce users - Experience in conducting training on digital purchase orders - Experience collaborating with colleagues who are only available remotely As a person: - You act commercially by understanding and applying commercial principles. You focus on costs, revenues, and efficiency from an economic perspective - You have pedagogical insight by understanding how people acquire knowledge and their different prerequisites.
