e-Component is seeking two production technicians

Do you want to develop and optimize manufacturing processes while providing technical support to production? Then you might be the person we are looking for! e-Component is in an expansion phase, and we now need to strengthen our team with two additional production engineers specializing in CNC. In this role, you will work closely with production and contribute to both efficiency and quality. As a production engineer, you will help develop the department, focusing on process optimization, technical support, and continuous improvements to ensure efficient production and a safe working environment. About the position To succeed in the role of production engineer, you need to have the ability to create structure, engagement, and good collaboration in a growing organization. You thrive on taking responsibility, analyzing problems, and driving improvements together with production leaders, your team, and colleagues. Your focus will be on ensuring an efficient and well-functioning production while contributing to a positive work environment and development. You are also prepared to cover for colleagues and assist with other tasks that may arise. Your main responsibilities include: • Optimizing manufacturing processes and developing instructions, fixtures, and tools. • Developing and improving methods for increased efficiency and quality in production. • Providing technical support to operators and analyzing and addressing deviations. • Contributing to the maintenance and operational reliability of machines and equipment. • Planning and conducting training as well as mentoring new employees. We are looking for someone who We are looking for someone with several years of experience in production engineering, preferably with a background in CNC. You have a good understanding of tools, manufacturing methods, and reading technical drawings. As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have a knack for collaborating with others. You are proactive, pedagogical, and enjoy working in teams. You are motivated by developing both processes and people, with a natural focus on improvement and results.
