Main responsibilities include:
• E-commerce Platform Management: Overall responsibility for the daily operation and content updates of the company's website and e-commerce platforms.
• Customer Service and Order Management: Provide customer service, handle customer inquiries and after-sales issues, and ensure the accuracy of order and inventory systems.
• Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination: Responsible for purchasing and sourcing product resources, following up on the logistics flow for inbound and outbound deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory and logistics documentation.
• Event and Trade Show Coordination: Responsible for logistics and administrative arrangements for the company's participation in trade shows and events.
Requirements
• Relevant Experience: Work experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or logistics coordination.
• Coordination Skills: An exceptional ability to coordinate, organize, and drive processes forward across different functions (customer, logistics, market).
• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and Swedish - a significant advantage for effectively managing international suppliers and the local market.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks, possess a strong learning ability, and be willing to learn about new tools and platforms.
