Element is now seeking a Fuel Expert Do you want to help shape the future of fuels and lubricants for both civilian and military applications? We are currently looking for a fuel expert who wants to contribute to the development of our operations in material testing, with a primary focus on fuels – an area where we are leaders both nationally and internationally. As a fuel expert at Element, you will play a central role in the work of developing, evaluating, and ensuring the quality of fuels and lubricants. You will work closely with both customers and colleagues, contributing to strengthening our technical expertise in the field. In this role, you will serve as a technical advisor to our customers and lead/participate in projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from product development to usage and recycling. You will formulate and ensure the quality of requirements for processes and methods, both internally and externally. You will conduct technical investigations and analyses within the fuel and lubricant sector. Additionally, you will plan, lead, and participate in training and workshops to enhance the competence of customers and colleagues, both at our location and at various customer sites across Sweden. We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, a great interest in teaching others, and a desire to work both practically and strategically within fuel technology. To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have: • A higher education degree in chemistry or a related technical field • The ability to take initiative, analyze, and communicate clearly • Experience with fuels, preferably including renewable products • Previous experience in laboratory work (an advantage) • Experience with military standards and documentation (strongly advantageous)
