About the Company We are a newly launched and rapidly growing marketing platform that is changing how brands drive sales, build loyalty, and increase their visibility. Through cashback offers and a powerful campaign tool, we help our clients influence consumer behavior—regardless of where the purchase occurs. Your Role As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and creating new business relationships. You will work creatively and proactively to develop tailored solutions—from simpler campaigns to more complex concepts—that deliver real value to our clients. You will focus on the Swedish market and work closely with a dedicated team to create effective and creative campaigns. Responsibilities: - Develop customer-specific solutions that strengthen brand loyalty and increase sales - Create and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in marketing and media - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that benefit both the client and the company - Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute campaigns - Ensure that all solutions align with our values and business goals - Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to closure - Contribute to a first-class customer experience through close collaboration with internal teams - Build and develop a long-term customer portfolio with a focus on results and profitability Communication and Reporting: - Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are approved and quality assured - Improve and update presentation and concept materials to a high professional standard We Are Looking For Someone Who Has: - 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, media, SaaS, or advertising - A creative approach to sales and a knack for thinking outside the box - Drive, energy, and business acumen, along with the ability to inspire others - Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across multiple departments - An interest in being part of a growth journey where innovation is at the center We Offer: - A dynamic work environment with a dedicated and inclusive team - The opportunity to influence and shape an exciting future in an expanding company - A role where you combine creativity and sales to create customer value - Competitive salary and attractive benefits Application In collaboration with Talent&Partner, we look forward to receiving your application as soon as possible—selection is ongoing.
