Head of Customer Success

We are looking for a driven Head of Customer Success who is passionate about combining business acumen with world-class service. With us, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for a team of approximately 10 people – half of whom work in sales and half in customer success.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and coach your team in daily operational tasks.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of our working methods for both sales and customer support.
• Work closely with other functions to drive growth and enhance the customer journey from start to finish.
