Driven CFO / Chief Financial Officer for an exciting company in northwestern Skåne Do you want to take on the responsibility for the finance function in an expanding company with strong growth and self-developed products? You will be responsible for the finance function in a growing company (currently with a turnover of over 100 million SEK), where you will play a key role in shaping and driving the financial strategy forward. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a financial strategy that supports the company's growth objectives and monitoring the results. The role includes delivering financial reports and analyses to management and the board while ensuring compliance with current financial regulations and standards. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the finance function • Oversee financial reporting, analysis/follow-up, as well as budget and forecasting activities • Develop a financial strategy to support the company's growth objectives • Implement the financial strategy and monitor its results • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for the company's management and board • Ensure the company complies with applicable financial regulations and standards • Develop a structure for monitoring production and finance • Support the sales organization with budgeting and product costing • Be responsible for annual financial statements and tax declarations • Coordinate with auditors and other external parties You will lead the effort to build organizational functions and processes that integrate sales, inventory management, production, and raw material procurement, as well as implement a digital business system. You will also be responsible for establishing goals that connect the organization’s functions, focusing on minimizing costs and maximizing the return on working capital. Your profile: You possess a strong business mindset and a passion for numbers. With the ability to understand production processes, you can effectively link these to financial models and monitoring. You are a strategic leader who can make well-informed financial decisions while building strong relationships at all levels. As a coaching leader, you engage your team and create a positive work environment. With several years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing companies, you are confident in all aspects of the finance function—from financial closing and monthly reporting to currency management and inventory control. You have worked with various business systems and IT tools and have solid knowledge in controlling. International experience and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. Additionally, you are structured, flexible, and efficient, with a strong customer focus and initiative. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
